Funding your Asbestosis compensation claim
The Majority of Asbestosis compensation cases a run on a "no win no fee" basis.
This means:
- you will not pay for our legal costs when pursing the claim
- if your claim is successful, you will get 100% of the compensation awarded. We will seek to obtain our legal costs from the other party eg the insurers of the company who we brought the court action against
- if you case is discontinued or you lose the case you will unfortunately not receive any compensation but you also rest assured that we will not charge you a penny
So don't worry regardless of what happens with your case you will not be expected to pay our legal fees.
How long will my compensation claim take?
We expect claims to last between 9 to 12 months. We aim to visit all clients in their own home at least once during this time and often on several occasions.
